George Boggs

George R. Boggs is President and CEO Emeritus of the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC). From September 2000 to January 2011, Dr. Boggs was the leading spokesperson for America’s 1,200 community colleges and their 14 million students.

Dr. Boggs holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from The Ohio State University, a master’s degree in chemistry from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and a Ph.D. in educational administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
