Quad Learning launches to bridge the gap between community college and four-year institutions

With $11M in funding from New Atlantic Ventures, Swan and Legend Fund, NEA, Comcast Ventures and others behind it, Quad Learning’s Valentine’s Day launch marked the beginning of its march toward a goal of bridging the gap between community colleges and four-year institutions. In Quad Learning’s own American Honors program, which is currently being piloted at the Community College of Spokane in Washington and Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana, students complete their first two years of study and then finish up at a four-year school. Quad Learning’s revenue will come from a premium on tuition students will have to pay to enroll in the program.”
